I took these vitamins before my pregnancy, and my magnesium, folic acid and vitamin D levels were normal. I continue to take them during pregnancy, but my doctor recommended an additional 2000 IU of vitamin D daily. During my first pregnancy, I experienced leg cramps at night and swelling in my limbs after six months, but thankfully that hasn’t happened this time. I believe that these vitamins play a role in alleviating my leg cramps.

I've been taking these vitamins throughout my second trimester and stopped for a break, as advised by my doctor. During the break, I did notice that my legs began to cramp at night, but after resuming, I didn’t observe any difference or improvement. I had hoped for better results given the price, but it seems there has been no significant effect on the leg cramps.
